📋 What type of material is used for your products?

We print our products using premium PLA filament from Bambu Lab, widely regarded as one of the best materials in 3D printing. It offers excellent detail, durability, and a clean finish for high-quality results.

📋 I haven’t received my confirmation email — what should I do?

First, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it’s not there, wait about 1–2 hours and refresh your inbox. Still missing? Please contact us at orneva.info@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number, and we’ll resend it promptly.

📋 Which payment methods do you accept?

Ornēva accepts all major payment options, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

📋 Can you customize a design for a gift?

Yes, we do offer customization.

If you have a ready 3D model, we can print it for you.
Different color requests may be possible depending on availability.
Custom name additions are available on select products.
